Your role will involve equipping participants with essential employability skills, helping them transition into sustainable work in the customer service sector.Deliver engaging employability skills training through a mix of group sessions and one-on-one coaching, both in-person and online.Develop and enhance high-quality training materials that cater to diverse learning needs.Provide expert guidance on career options and further training opportunities.Assist in the marketing and coordination of training programmes.Minimum Level 3 qualification in a subject-specific area (PTLLS, DTLLS, CTLLS, or equivalent).Experience in delivering ESOL, functional skills, or employability programmes.Strong understanding of both online and face-to-face teaching methodologies.Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.A passion for helping unemployed individuals and a proactive attitude toward supporting their journey to success.If you are excited about helping others succeed and have the skills we are looking for, we want to hear from you!
