About the Role

RGB Recruitment is seeking a Customer Care Operative based in Devon to deliver carpentry and basic drylining remedials across new build projects in the Southwest. This permanent position offers £18–£20 per hour, paid via CIS, with a 40-hour working week and an immediate start. Duties involve working on both occupied and vacant properties, completing remedial work on doors, skirting, architraves, and dry lining. Applicants must hold a CSCS card (blue or gold preferred), possess their own tools and transport, and demonstrate strong organisational skills to manage travel schedules efficiently. Benefits include mileage paid at 55p for the first 10,000 miles and 25p thereafter, plus a company phone and branded PPE and uniform.

Requirements:
- CSCS card (ideally skilled either blue or gold)
- Own tools and transport
Duties:
- Working on new build properties both occupied and vacant in various locations
- Carpentry remedials (doors, skirting, architraves etc)
- Basic dry lining remedials
Benefits:
- Mileage paid - Over the first 10k miles is 55p and 25p for each mile over 10,000.
