The duties of the role will be to carry out a high standard of customer service and multi trades / maintenance works within customers' homes. This includes works from Carpentry, Plumbing, Decorating, Painting, Tiling throughout the warranty period.   Duties of the role:   	 Attend appointments for remediation of defects in occupied properties and complete any repairs or defects to a high standard. 	 Liaise with the Customer Care Team based in Head Office. 	 Ensure all required materials and resources are available prior to attending customers’ appointments. 	 Always maintain a high standard of professionalism and that excellent Customer Service is delivered.
