Customer Care Advisor - Ipswich - 32,000Our client, a leading name in their industry are currently looking to recruit for their Customer Care team. This is a brilliant company with clear progression opportunities looking for people with excellent customer service skills to look after their Hire and Service desks!Salary: 32,000Hours: 07:30am-17:00pm (Monday-Friday)Benefits: 23 Days holiday + Bank Holidays, Birthday day off, Enhanced Maternity/Paternity leave, Cycle to work scheme and much more!The role:Operating within the Customer Care team you will be responding to incoming calls and emails from customers, advising them on the companies products and services.Process orders on the companies in house system.Liaise with internal departments like sales and transport to arrange smooth and timely delivery to customers. Manage customer accounts and maintain customer relationships, escalating any issues to Management.Take incoming calls relating to breakdowns, log jobs on the system and insure they are actioned in line with agreed SLA requirements.What are we looking for?Previous office based Customer Service experience.Excellent levels of service and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure, to KPI''s and within timelines.Confident and positive approach and an excellent team player.
