A well-respected organisation within the housing sector is looking to appoint an organised, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join its Customer Care team.
The company delivers high-quality new-build homes and works closely with the communities. you will play an important role in supporting customers and ensuring that property-related queries, defects, and maintenance issues are handled efficiently and professionally.
You will be a key point of contact for customers across both new-build and social housing and providing excellent service and coordinating works from initial contact through to resolution.
Duties will include:
- Scheduling appointments for technicians and arranging materials required for works.
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance across new-build and social housing properties.
- Issuing quotes for works to be carried out where required.
- Assessing property claims and handling warranty and defect queries.
- Updating databases and maintaining accurate customer and property records.
- Contacting and liaising with customers, contractors, technicians, and other parties involved in defect and maintenance works.
- Ensuring works are progressed and completed within agreed timescales.
- Providing excellent customer support and resolving queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Visiting sites regualty
- Highly organised and focused, with excellent attention to detail.
- A strong team player who is also confident working independently.
- Calm, professional, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and comfortable managing changing priorities and deadlines.
- An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills.
- Ideally experienced within property, housing, construction, customer care, or a similar environment, although this is not essential.
