The company delivers high-quality new-build homes and works closely with the communities. you will play an important role in supporting customers and ensuring that property-related queries, defects, and maintenance issues are handled efficiently and professionally. You will be a key point of contact for customers across both new-build and social housing and providing excellent service and coordinating works from initial contact through to resolution. Duties will include: Scheduling appointments for technicians and arranging materials required for works. Coordinating repairs and maintenance across new-build and social housing properties. Issuing quotes for works to be carried out where required. Assessing property claims and handling warranty and defect queries. Updating databases and maintaining accurate customer and property records. Contacting and liaising with customers, contractors, technicians, and other parties involved in defect and maintenance works. Ensuring works are progressed and completed within agreed timescales. Providing excellent customer support and resolving queries in a professional and timely manner.
