This role with be based in the West Midlands Region and will involve working within Residential groundworks Projects. Customer Care Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities Ensure all reported defects are recorded, actioned and closed out efficiently. Accountable for defects received until the job is closed. Complete all updates provided by site teams and Customer Care operatives and action as required. Plan and coordinate works with the operational team. Accountable for the daily movement of Customer Care operatives. Maintain effective communication with customers to assist in the completion of works. Follow up works effectively to ensure closure. Communicate with the Technical team to close out drainage remedial works. Update Contract Managers weekly to ensure follow-up on live defects. Support Contract Managers with regular updates on outstanding works on live sites. Provide regular feedback and communication on ongoing jobs to relevant persons.
