Customer Care Coordinator (Part-Time)

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing business based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous customer service and administration experience, ideally gained within a manufacturing environment, who is confident using MRP systems and enjoys working across multiple departments.

This is a varied position where you''ll be supporting customer service, order processing and production planning activities, helping to ensure the smooth flow of information between customers, production and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing customer orders and production works orders
• Supporting production planning and scheduling activities
• Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
• Managing customer enquiries and order updates
• Raising invoices, credit notes and other sales documentation
• Liaising with customers regarding deliveries and collections
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Setting up new customer and product information within the MRP system
• Assisting with new product introductions (NPI)
• Updating KPI and performance reports
• General administration and office support duties

To be successful in this role, you''ll have:

• Previous customer service and administration experience
• Experience working within a manufacturing or factory environment
• Knowledge and experience of MRP systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• A positive, proactive and adaptable approach
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

• Part-time position
• -14.75+ per hour
• 16 hours per week
• 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday)
• 4 hours per day
