Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments, you will coordinate and manage customer enquiries, defects, and warranty issues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging customer enquiries via telephone and email.Logging and coordinating remedial works using internal systems.Liaising with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely resolutions.Monitoring and updating customers throughout the process.Maintaining accurate records and ensuring service levels are achieved.Supporting the wider Customer Care team with administrative duties.About YouPrevious experience in a Customer Care Coordinator role, ideally within new build housing.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Strong administration and IT skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.Customer-focused ..... full job details .....
