Opportunity:

• Leading onboarding calls to fully understand customer requirements for their phone system.
• Logging, categorising, and prioritising customer support tickets with accuracy.
• Collaborating with the sales team, suppliers, and colleagues to resolve order or technical issues.
• Acting as a first point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a positive and efficient experience.
• Booking and coordinating system installations and site surveys.
• Maintaining regular communication with managers, departments, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Personal Profile:

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Outlook 365 knowledge
