Currently supporting our client in their search for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team based in Cumbernauld.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and personable individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Programming and coordinating weekly maintenance schedules for site engineers
Liaising with clients and homeowners, ensuring clear communication and excellent service throughout
Providing regular updates on the progress and completion of works
Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required
About You:
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
