Currently supporting our client in their search for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team based in Cumbernauld.


This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and personable individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Programming and coordinating weekly maintenance schedules for site engineers

  • Liaising with clients and homeowners, ensuring clear communication and excellent service throughout

  • Providing regular updates on the progress and completion of works

  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required


About You:


  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
