The Opportunity:
As a Customer Care Coordinator you''ll play a key role in:
- Responding to customer enquiries professionally across multiple communication channels.
- Managing after sales queries and ensuring customers receive timely and effective resolutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer accounts.
- Working closely with internal teams and departments to coordinate solutions and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Keeping customer records accurate and up to date while supporting wider administrative activities.
About You:

- Previous customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
