They specialise in high-quality dry lining and partitioning for developers and are known for their strong reputation and established relationships. The role - Customer Care Coordinator As the Customer Care Coordinator, you will primarily be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a high level of service throughout the process. Duties will include Communication - Acting as the main point of contact for customers, communicating effectively to address inquiries, concerns, and provide updates on project status. Appointment Management - Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly. Issue Resolution - Addressing any issues or complaints that arise during or after the project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction. Documentation - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and issues, you will be sending variation orders, booking the work in, and generating invoices for chargeable services.
