This role suits someone with solid construction customer care experience, strong administration skills and confidence managing defects, remedial works and patching programmes across multiple sites and occupied properties. The position offers stability, a friendly office environment and hybrid working once established.Key Responsibilities• Manage customer care defects from initial instruction through to completion• Schedule patchers and operatives across multiple sites and occupied properties• Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, quantity surveyors and homeowners• Coordinate appointments and maintain regular communication with residents• Prepare quotations for remedial and chargeable works• Process variation orders and monitor approval status• Track labour, materials and commercial costs• Maintain and update internal Excel trackers and rporting systems• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports• Monitor workloads and ensure resources are allocated effectively• Order materials and coordinate collections• Manage customer care documentation, photographs and site records• Assist with resolving customer complaints professionally and promptly• Support management with operational and ..... full job details .....
