Customer Care Coordinator - Billingshurst £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE Are you highly organised, people-focused and passionate about delivering outstanding service? Our client is looking for a proactive Customer Care Coordinator to join their fast-paced and supportive customer care team.In this role, you''ll be at the heart of the customer journey ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and customers feel informed and supported every step of the way.Key Responsibilities:Acting as a first point of contact for customer queries Logging and updating defects, ensuring information is recorded accuratelyCoordinating diaries for site visits and inspectionsIssuing work instructions and liaising with contractors and internal teamsMaintaining records, reports, and general administrationSupporting complaint handling and status updates where requiredExperience and Skills Requirements:Previous experience in a customer care or coordination roleProperty background advantageous and knowledge of COINS would be a bonusStrong communication skills and a customer-focused approachWell organised with good attention to detailConfident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience using Coins would be a strong advantageAble to pick things up quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team where your contribution genuinely makes a difference to customer satisfaction and overall service delivery.
