Our client is seeking a Customer Care and Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimise the UK Customer Service and operational functions, ensuring a seamless experience for customers while driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the wider operation. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage the UK Customer Service team, ensuring high levels of service to customers and Brand Partners. Oversee UK operational processes, including logistics, fulfilment, and returns, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Manage the operational relationship with third-party logistics providers and other external suppliers. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, collaboration, and business performance enhancement. Skills and Experience: Proven experience managing a Customer Service or Customer Experience function. Strong operational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. Experience working with external suppliers or third-party service providers. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
