Maxwell Bond is partnered with one of the UK''s leading contractor payroll providers who are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to support contractors with everything from onboarding and timesheets to payroll, tax and pensions. What you''ll do as a Customer Care Advisor: Act as the first point of contact for contractors, supporting them throughout their journey with the business Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, as well as email queries Support new contractors through the onboarding process Resolve queries relating to payroll, tax, pensions and timesheets Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently Deliver a high standard of customer service while meeting service levels and quality standards Experience as a Customer Care Advisor: Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service. Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email Ability to think quickly, solve problems and work effectively under pressure Confidence handling challenging conversations Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn Experience within customer service, contact centres, financial services, telecoms or other high-volume environments is desirable but not essential Benefits: 30,000 basic salary Hybrid ..... full job details .....
