Customer Care Administrator
Customer Care Administrator - Cambridgeshire - Permanent - 28,000 We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the Cambourne area seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This role will predominantly cover administration duties with some of the role based on the phone when required, speaking to contractors. Hours are 9 - 5, Monday to Friday, office based. Duties: - General administration duties - Keeping spreadsheets and records up to date and inputting data as required. - Working with the Head of Customer Care as required for ad-hoc duties. - Speaking with contractors regarding works that are booked in and keeping the department up to date on progress of works.
