Customer and Sales Support Advisor

Customer and Sales Support Advisor Slough £31,500 + yearly bonus and monthly commission Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (please note on Monday you will be required to work one late shift a week 11.30am - 7.30pm.) One Sunday a month you will be required to work from home 8.30am - 3.30pm and then you get Friday off. This is a real gem of a role working with a leading business based in Slough who provide a 5-star product within a prestigious and luxury market. Our client is looking for an experienced customer service advisor/sales support with cross-selling and up-selling experience to join their team, you will need to have previous experience in delivering excellent service, demonstrating the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working closely with clients and customers. Please note that the majority of this role is taking inbound calls from businesses and existing customers who are placing orders and processing and upselling products where appropriate. There will be some outbound calls required when company promotions are launched.
