You''ll prepare quotations, process customer orders, support service and customer cases, coordinate shipping and export documentation, maintain customer pricing information, and respond to customer enquiries. You''ll be confident in administration, customer service, sales support and be able to manage multiple priorities. Ideally, you''ll have experience in manufacturing, international export and customs requirements and be used to using an ERP system, however this isn''t essential.
