Salary:28,000 -30,000 per annum
Hours:-Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location:-Office-based

Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and confident with numbers? We are seeking a motivated individual to join a busy operations team, combining administrative support with credit control duties.

About the Role:

In this varied role, you will play a key part in supporting the customer operations and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing, excellent customer service, and accurate credit management. Your day will involve:

• Collaborating with the warehouse, sales, and finance teams to manage and monitor customer orders.
• Handling order amendments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring exceptions are resolved quickly.
• Supporting credit control by monitoring outstanding payments, reviewing new customer account applications, and assisting with credit requests.
• Contacting customers via phone and email to resolve account queries and maintain positive relationships.
• Supporting customer service by answering overflow calls and providing a professional, helpful response.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring accounts are kept up to date.

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in customer service, administration, or credit control.
• Is confident using systems for order and account management (experience with Sage or similar software is an advantage).
• Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
• Is proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
