Resident Services Advisor - Student Accommodation - Edinburgh Location: Edinburgh, EH7 5AD Job Type: Temporary Duration: 4 weeks Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 9.00am-5.30pm, 40 hours per week Overview Simon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a temporary Resident Services Advisor (RSA) to support the team at Huxley Studios, a student accommodation development in Edinburgh. This is a 4-week temporary assignment, working Monday to Friday. You will be a key point of contact for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the property. Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide a friendly and professional front-of-house service to residents and visitors Deal with resident enquiries face-to-face, by telephone and email Assist with general reception and administrative duties Manage incoming enquiries and ensure they are dealt with efficiently Support residents with day-to-day queries and issues Liaise with maintenance and other site teams where required Assist with parcel and post management Maintain accurate records and update internal systems Help ensure communal and reception areas are presented to a high standard Support the wider site team during busy periods Deliver a consistently high level of customer service Skills and Experience Previous customer service, reception, hospitality or student accommodation experience Confident and professional communication skills Friendly, approachable ..... full job details .....
