What you''ll be doingAs a Customer Relations Advisor, you''ll be providing outstanding service to customers, handling a variety of enquiries and ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful and efficient. This is a multi-skilled role where no two days are the same. What we''re looking forExcellent customer service and communication skills.Good IT skills and confidence using multiple computer systems.A positive, professional attitude with the ability to adapt to different customer enquiries.Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, contact centres or similar environments is desirable but not essential. Hours of Work36 hours per weekWorking 5 days out of 7Various shift patterns available.A fixed working day at the weekend is required.
