We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced team for around 6-months. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service experience, confident handling customer queries and delivering high-quality support. Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Location: Reading (Hybrid) Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary (6 months) Pay Rate: 14.79 per hour Working Hours: 37 hours per week Start Date: 20 April 2026 You will play a key role in resolving billing issues and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information. You will act as both a customer-facing advisor and an internal point of contact, supporting colleagues with billing-related queries and contributing to process improvements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Handling inbound customer queries, resolving issues and providing clear, professional supportInvestigating and resolving billing discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy across systemsActing as first point of contact for all customersProcessing adjustments, including issuing credits and debits where requiredSupporting internal teams when requiredMaintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks What we are looking for:Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environmentConfidence in handling customer interactions over the phoneStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced ..... full job details .....
