Customer Advisor
Customer Advisor Newark, Full Time, 12 month FTC Excellent salary and benefits package Our Internationally operating Newark based Client is looking for a Customer Advisor to join their Service team on a full-time basis for a 12 month FTC. Your main duties will be scheduling engineers to maximise productivity within the department. THE ROLE Your responsibilities as a Customer Advisor will include: Own the communication with the customer at all stages in house and field jobs, providing timely updates and information Communicate effectively with all internal departments Get feedback on the company service Allocate a team member to a task as and when required Schedule maintenance appointments as needed Use SAP to make sure customers invoices are correct THE CANDIDATE The ideal Customer Advisor will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience: Excellent telephone manner Excellent customer service by phone and email The ability to listen and understand customer needs Strong organisational skills Be adaptable to change Good working knowledge of CRM/SAP Systems THE BENEFITS The fantastic benefits included with this role are: Healthcare with Vitality 25 days holidays plus bank holidays Death in service Pension Free parking Working hours 9.00am 17.30pm Thank you for your interest in this vacancy and good luck with your application.
