Customer Advisor- Monday to Friday Location: Belfast Salary: Starting at £25,983.50 with structured salary progression Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week) Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 5.00pm Friday: 8.30am - 4.30pm One late shift per week (Monday to Thursday) finishing at 7.00pm Late shift can be taken as a later start or paid as overtime No weekend working Apple Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our valued client due to continued growth and expansion within their Customer Services Team. The Role As a Customer Advisor, you will play a key part in delivering first-class customer service, acting as the first point of contact for customers across a range of enquiries. Working within a busy and supportive team environment, you will handle telephone and email enquiries, coordinate appointments, maintain accurate records and support the scheduling of maintenance and operational works.
