What You''ll Be Doing As part of a busy and supportive Customer Services team, you''ll play a key role in delivering a high standard of service to customers. Your day-to-day will include: Handling customer enquiries via phone and email Coordinating appointments and scheduling work Managing service requests and updating internal systems Supporting field teams and engineers Resolving customer queries and complaints professionally Responding to urgent or emergency situations Processing documentation and maintaining accurate records Providing general administrative support across the team This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same - ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working in a team environment. Working Hours and Perks Monday-Thursday: 8.30am - 5pm Friday: 8.30am - 4.30pm One late shift per week (until 7pm, Mon-Thurs) No weekend working Additional perks: Free staff bus from Belfast city centre Free on-site ..... full job details .....
