RoleWe are seeking a

Customer Accounts Specialist

to join our friendly team based in Islington. In this important role, you’ll help us deliver our income management services and policies, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers. Our goal is to maximise rent collection while alleviating financial hardship, ensuring our customers feel supported throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities

Deliver income management services and policies as part of the team.

Maximise rent collection while alleviating financial hardship and ensuring customer support throughout their journey.

Build trusting relationships through excellent communication, particularly in challenging situations.

Present cases in court with strong written communication and mathematical skills.

Qualifications

Experience from a housing background (preferred).

GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent).

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Ability to travel to remote locations where public transport isn’t available; adaptable and willing to undertake travel.

Additional InformationThis is a hybrid role with a base location at our office in Islington. Candidates will be expected to work flexibly between the office and home in line with business needs.

If you live outside the M25, your salary will be based on your location and aligned to either the South East, East, Midlands, or South West pay scale. Applicants must have the ability to travel extensively across the region to remote locations where public transport may not be available.

You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
