Customer Account Manager

Oversee contract delivery and performance, ensuring all parties meet their obligations while maintaining service and budgetary targets. Lead coordination between the MandE delivery team, business development, and senior management to prospect for new opportunities, support bids, and mobilise new contracts. Serve as the primary point of escalation for contract-related matters, conducting customer service reviews and resolving operational, commercial, and contractual issues. Monitor contract performance and financial metrics, providing regular reports on status, risks, and PandL to senior management. Develop and implement customer management processes and best practices, working collaboratively with legal, finance, and operations teams. ..... full job details .....
