Our client, a well-established charity based in Stonehouse, has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Account Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis due to business growth. If you enjoy being customer facing, building relationships and getting out and about then this opportunity is for you.Please note, for this opportunity you must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle. The successful Customer Account Manager should have: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationshipsA friendly, enthusiastic and confident approach when engaging with supporters and stakeholdersStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and eventsA proactive and creative mindset to support fundraising initiativesExperience in a customer-facing or relationship management role In this role, the Customer Account Manager will be responsible for: Supporting and managing community fundraising activities, events and third-party initiativesDelivering outstanding supporter care, providing guidance, resources and recognitionBuilding and maintaining relationships with supporters, volunteers and partnersMaintaining accurate records on CRM systems and ensuring data complianceRepresenting the organisation at events, talks and networking opportunities to drive engagement Our client is offering the successful Customer Account Manager a salary up to £30,000 plus benefits including holiday allowance, pension, onsite ..... full job details .....
