Key Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and build strong, lasting relationships. Support customers from enquiry and quotation through to project completion. Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Work closely with internal departments to deliver customer requirements effectively. Support business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and work instructions. Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Process invoices accurately and within agreed timescales. Resolve customer queries and provide proactive solutions.
