Customer Account Manager Fordingbridge Up to £30,000 + bonus! We are supporting our client to find a Customer Account Manager to join their emerging family run electronics manufacturing business! This is a varied role for a true relationship-builder who takes pride in nurturing their accounts, spotting opportunities to help our customers grow, and ensuring their experience is seamless. Roles and Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of their business objectives. The aim is to provide a consultative service that goes beyond transactional account management and establishes you as a trusted business partner Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customer projects. This role requires strong numerical skills, including the ability to calculate margins and mark-ups, ensuring solutions are commercially viable for the business while delivering value to customers Identify opportunities for account growth by maintaining regular contact with customers, understanding their evolving needs, and recommending additional products or services that can add value to their operations Serve as the internal advocate for your customers, liaising closely with production and supply chain teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with customer expectations and agreed specifications Conduct occasional site visits with customers to strengthen relationships, gain a better ..... full job details .....
