We know that our people are our greatest asset, we are successful, dynamic, ambitious and looking for great team players to grow with us.Due to continued growth we are currently looking for additional Customer Account Manager to join our team based at our Penny Emma Way Site, Sutton in Ashfield.As a Customer Account Manager you will support and manage the end to end experience of both branch and 3rd party customers within the Conservatory Roofs department to produce technical drawings using templated software, provide accurate quotes and orders. WHAT OUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGERS DO: Manage account relationships for an assigned region and customersService the end to end customer journey through quoting, order processing and logistic alignment for deliveriesDesign the full range of products, using design software, from quoting through to orderingLiaise with the Credit Control team to assess the suitability for customers to receive credit for products and servicesManage and resolve customer queries, issuing suitable resolutions WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ..... full job details .....
