Customer Account Manager

CDM Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Account Manager for a successful and growing business in Bristol. This is an inbound customer service and order-processing role, ideal for someone with a strong telephone manner who enjoys building relationships and accurately handling customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer enquiries by telephone and email.

Take and process orders accurately, including inputting customer specifications and order information.

Support customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations and amendments.

Resolve queries and problems professionally using available systems and internal support.

Develop strong product knowledge to provide customers with accurate information.

Identify appropriate opportunities to introduce additional products.

Deliver consistently high standards of customer care.

What We''re Looking For

Previous customer service, call-centre, sales support or account administration experience.

A confident, professional and friendly telephone manner.

Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Good organisation and ability to work in a busy environment.

B2B experience is preferred but not essential.

Cable/electrical experience is advantageous but transferable experience will be considered.

Package & Benefits

This is a full-time, office-based position. Hybrid and remote working are not offered.

Due to local traffic and the office-based nature of the role, candidates should ideally live within approximately a 30-minute commute.

Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00.

Quarterly bonus typically ranging from approximately -100600, linked to accuracy/performance.

22 days'' annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service to a maximum of 25 days.

Annual pay review.

Company pension: 5% employee contribution and 3% employer contribution.

Non-contractual scrap bonus after 12 months'' service.

Non-contractual Christmas bonus after 12 months'' service, starting at one week''s wage and increasing with length of service.

Summer and winter social events.

Option of weekly or monthly pay.
