Customer Account Manager

The Role:

• Prepare and issue accurate quotations
• Manage inbound telephone and email enquiries from customers and suppliers
• Process customer orders
• Provide product and pricing information to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service.
• Liaise closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
• Resolve customer queries and identify suitable solutions.
• Working hours 8.30am - 5.00pm

Requirements:

- Around 2 years experience in a B2B customer service or sales role

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Confident, engaging telephone manner

- Must have strong IT skills, intermediate Excel

- A team player who enjoys a collaborative environment

The Package:

- -27,000 - -33,500 basic salary (DoE)

- 21 days holiday increasing by one every year + Bank Holidays

- Bonus scheme after qualifying period
