Customer Account Manager

Join a growing, family-owned engineering business with a loyal and growing customer base Office-based role on the Wirral, completely inbound activity Varied position combining customer service, sales support, and coordination Friendly, close-knit team with regular social eventsCustomer Account ManagerThe Role:Prepare and issue accurate quotationsManage inbound telephone and email enquiries from customers and suppliersProcess customer ordersProvide product and pricing information to customers.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service.Liaise closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.Resolve customer queries and identify suitable solutions.Working hours 8.30am - 5.00pm Requirements: Around 2 years experience in a B2B customer service or sales role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident, engaging telephone manner Must have strong IT skills, intermediate Excel A team player who enjoys a collaborative environmentThe Package: 27,000 - 33,500 basic salary (DoE) 21 days holiday increasing by one every year + Bank Holidays Bonus scheme after qualifying period Free onsite parkingThe Company: A well-established and expanding global manufacturer of industrial electrical products, supporting electrical contractors and manufacturers across multiple sectors.
