Customer Account Executive

Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic company based within the Stevenage area. This company are at an exciting point of growth, due to this, they have an opportunity for a candidate with previous B2B customer service experience to join their expanding team. This position will suit someone who enjoys working with business based customers, has a great level of customer service, as well as someone who enjoys working within a fast paced environment. The suitable candidate must be within a commutable distance to Stevenage as this is based in the office 4 days a week. Salary - up to 28,000 depending on experience, plus bonus Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm with 4 days in and 1 from homeSome of the duties will include:Working with a portfolio of business based customers, being the primary point of contactBuilding strong working relationships internally and externallyProviding a high level of service to customers Regular check ins with allocated customers, reviewing needs and supporting on any queries Order administration, supporting customers with their orders Working closely with other departments including Sales, Marketing and Operations Working well within a team environment Providing administrative support where necessary The suitable candidate:Previous experience within B2B customer serviceStrong communication skills on all levelsHigh level of attention to detail Organised with the ability to manage a heavy workloadGreat team playerLocal to ..... full job details .....
