Customer Account Executive

Customer Account Executive Salary: £28,000 £31,000 + Bonus and Performance SchemeType: Full Time, Permanent office based 8am-5pm. The Opportunity:We are recruiting for a proactive and highly organised Customer Account Executive to join an established and successful business. This is a customer focused position where you will take ownership of existing accounts, manage day to day enquiries and work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive the best possible service. This is not a traditional high pressure sales role and there is no heavy focus on cold calling or new business development. Instead, we''re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of customer requirements from start to finish. The position is predominantly desk based, with customer relationships managed through email, telephone and online meetings, alongside occasional face to face meetings when customers visit the business.
