Customer Account Coordinator

The role will involve managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery and will suit a candidate used to supporting production in an engineering or manufacturing environment. Customer Account CoordinatorPermanent - ASAP startMonday - Friday, 8am - 4.45pm, early finish on a FridayCoventry Customer Account CoordinatorJob Description: Processing orders from receipt to delivery; including arranging shipments and collections, and creating relevant documentation such as picking notes, delivery notes, invoices, etc. Building strong customer relationships and acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding orders and deliveries. Providing quotations to customers who have submitted enquiries, scheduling management activities and working with the internal production team. Collaborating with various departments to ensure top-notch service and timely delivery. Providing quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively resolving customer complaint.
