About You We are looking for an organised and commercially focused individual who enjoys working with customers and coordinating activity across a business.You may currently be working in customer account support, B2B customer service, sales administration, order processing, account coordination or a similar commercial role. Essential Experience and Skills Previous experience within a B2B or commercial customer service environment, ideally 1 2 years. Experience dealing with business customers by telephone and email. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Experience processing orders or working with customer/account management systems. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional and confident telephone manner. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
