What will you be doing as Customer Account Coordinator?
Working as part of a small and friendly team, you''ll be helping customers with their day-to-day requirements while developing strong, long-term relationships. It''s a varied, fast-moving role where building genuine customer relationships is just as important as getting the job done.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with existing and lapsed customers and developing strong relationships
• Handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to customers
• Preparing quotes and advising customers on product suitability and availability
• Liaising with suppliers in the UK and overseas to obtain pricing and product information
• Working with customers and internal departments to resolve any issues
• Keeping customer websites updated with the latest product range

What we''re looking for

• Previous experience in a Customer Account Coordinator, Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, Internal Sales, Account Management or a similar role
• Office-based experience and a confident, friendly telephone manner
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and email
• A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership
• The ability to build rapport and develop positive customer relationships
