Experience in Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, or South Asian cuisine is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to Curry and Grill recipes and standards. Specialize in curries, grilled dishes, tandoori items, and traditional South Asian cuisine. Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control are consistently maintained. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
