Curriculum Quality Officer (Adult Education) (0.6 - 3 day contract).As part of a team, you will work with commissioned providers to ensure that Merton Adult Learning (MAL) meets the Council''s ambitions to address inequalities, improve the health and wellbeing of its residents, encourage intergenerational learning and deliver excellent teaching and learning that enables our residents to progress towards good jobs. Experience Of Post 16/adult Learning Essential.Responsibilities
Work with commissioned providers to ensure MAL meets the Council''s ambitions and delivery objectives.Act as a great communicator, motivating others to achieve goals, and collaborating with partners to challenge underperformance in teaching and learning and contract delivery, while celebrating successes.Support initiatives that make a difference for disadvantaged learners, those returning to learning aged 19+, and encourage family learning.For discussion about the role, contact Patricia Carlisle on 0208 5453646.Qualifications
