The Role: Effectively manage the delivery, co-ordination, and development of the Motor Vehicle curriculum. Directly line manage a team of 5 lecturers and 1 technician. Balance a 14-hour weekly teaching commitment with middle management, tracking KPIs, and admin duties. Work closely with senior leadership and local employers to shape and align provision. Requirements: Level 5 minimum Teaching Qualification and educated to degree level. GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above). Proven experience as a qualified Motor Vehicle Lecturer with clear leadership or team-leading capabilities.
