The Role: We are seeking an ambitious Curriculum Manager - Health and Social Care to lead and develop our provision for 16-19 learners, including Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care and T Level Health programmes. Working closely with the Head of Faculty, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring exceptional teaching, learning and assessment, outstanding learner outcomes, and a curriculum that responds to employer needs and regional skills priorities. Key responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Drive improvements in learner achievement, attendance, retention and progression. Develop an innovative curriculum aligned with employer and industry needs. Monitor quality through lesson observations, learning walks and performance analysis.
