Curriculum Manager - CounsellingLocation: Central LondonContract: Full Time - TemporarySector: Further EducationWe are recruiting for an experienced Curriculum Manager - Counselling to join a Further Education college in Central London on a full-time temporary basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced curriculum leader to take responsibility for the leadership, management and development of Counselling provision, driving high-quality teaching, learner achievement and curriculum growth.The RoleLead and manage Counselling curriculum delivery across the collegeDrive improvements in recruitment, retention, achievement and learner experienceLead and develop teaching teams, supporting high-quality teaching and learningOversee quality assurance, lesson observations, self-assessment and improvement planningManage curriculum performance, learner progress and achievement targetsDevelop and improve the Counselling and Mental Health curriculum offerBuild effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersContribute to curriculum planning, strategic development and resource managementTeach approximately 10-15 hours per week, depending on service requirementsAbout YouExperienced Curriculum Manager, Head of Curriculum, Programme Manager or similarStrong background in Counselling and/or Mental HealthExperience leading and developing teaching teams within FEStrong understanding of quality assurance and curriculum improvementProven experience improving learner ..... full job details .....
