Our client Northamptonshire Police are seeking a Culture Change and Inclusion Manager to lead transformative initiatives across Northamptonshire Police and NFRS.Purpose of the Role:As the Culture Change and Inclusion Manager, you will spearhead the successful implementation of cultural change activities, ensuring that the organisation meets its statutory obligations and fosters an inclusive workplace.
