Responsibilities Design and StrategyLead the end-to-end Color, Trim and Graphics (CTG) / CMF design process for all projects, from concept to production.Collaborate with Product Strategy, Industrial Design, and Brand teams to align on project vision.Translate the CMF (Color, Material and Finish) strategy into creative solutions for vehicles and genuine motorcycle accessories.Use design storytelling to present material design concepts and their emotional impact to stakeholders for approval.Research and Trend AnalysisStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to motorcycle display consoles and CMF.Conduct advanced CMF trend research, forecast future trends, and publish reports to inspire designers and guide material exploration.Translate trends into physical materials and maintain a comprehensive material library.Execution ..... full job details .....
