We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic nurse who is able to meet the requirements of the post: CTAC and Vaccination Staff Nurse, detailed in the job description. The post holder will work within the community treatment and care team and vaccination team in Helensburgh. They will be expected to deliver nursing care in accordance with the new GP contract terms. The post holder will be part of the extended Primary Care team and will work collaboratively with GP Practices, Community Nursing teams and other AHPs to deliver high quality, person-centred care. This role requires excellent time management skills, adaptability and a desire to provide holistic care for a wide variety of patients. Training will be given to the appropriate candidate for skills such as wound care, phlebotomy, ear irrigation, cervical cytology, vaccinations and diagnostics such as ECG/ABPM where applicable.You must be a nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. You will have the skills and experience to work within a community setting, to deliver high quality standards of care and to work as part of a multi-professional team. You must have flexibility, excellent communication skills, be adaptable to change and demonstrate ongoing professional development.
