Job Title: CSU Advisor Location: Londonderry / Derry Duration: Temporary (until 22nd September 2026) Salary: £13.69 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Apple Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our public sector client for a CSU Advisor. Closing date for CV submission: 5:00pm on Monday 27th July 2026. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for tenants, applicants and members of the public. Deliver a high-quality frontline customer service. Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues at first contact wherever possible. Accurately refer enquiries to the appropriate service areas when required. Maintain accurate customer records using multiple IT systems. Prioritise workload while handling a high volume of customer interactions. Ensure all enquiries are managed in line with organisational procedures. Essential Criteria Applicants must demonstrate: Experience delivering customer service in a high-volume environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively. Competence using IT systems and maintaining accurate records. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standards. Intermediate IT proficiency. Basic Access NI clearance (required prior to commencement).
